Screenshots & Interface
Standard out-of-office auto-replies are either always-on (replying to newsletters and no-reply senders) or fire on days the person is not actually off — and they never adapt to the language the sender wrote in.
Built an n8n workflow with an IMAP email trigger, auto-sender filtering, a live public-holiday calendar gate, and a Google Gemini model that composes replies in the sender's language (AR/FR/EN), delivered via SMTP.
Fully automated, language-aware out-of-office handling with zero false replies to automated senders — verified across Arabic, French, and English senders with recorded end-to-end runs.
Technical Deep Dive
An n8n automation agent that watches a Gmail inbox over IMAP and decides when to reply. It filters out auto-senders, gates on a live Tunisian public-holiday calendar, and only answers out-of-hours messages on actual holidays — composing the reply in the sender's own language (Arabic/French/English) with a Google Gemini chat model, then sending it back via SMTP. Workday scheduling keeps normal days silent, and every run was verified end-to-end with scripted, browser-captured demos of the workflow execution, AI output, and mailbox state.
