Who I Am
I am an Applied AI & Full-Stack Engineer with an MSc in Data Science from the Higher Institute of Computer Science and Mathematics of Monastir. My passion lies at the intersection of practical machine learning and robust software engineering.
Rather than treating AI as a siloed black box, I build the entire ecosystem around it — from responsive visual graph execution editors and cross-platform mobile clients to high-throughput streaming backends, offline-first vector stores, and automated n8n/LLM pipelines.
In my most recent role at Altutex International, I assumed full technical ownership in an unguided environment, engineering and deploying an enterprise textile ERP, a local RAG assistant, an IoT fleet tracking app, and automated holiday reply workflows — all within a 3-month engagement.

- Owned end-to-end delivery of 4 functional AI/automation systems across live operations and enterprise prototypes within 3 months.
- Engineered a comprehensive Textile ERP platform (React 19, Express 5, Drizzle ORM, PostgreSQL) and integrated an offline-first Enterprise RAG Assistant (ChromaDB + Ollama) streaming production answers via SSE.
- Published and deployed FLOTTE, an IoT GPS fleet-management system for a real Tunisian bus fleet — Flutter (Riverpod, MapLibre GL, Firebase FCM) over a NestJS/Prisma backend on Render, with GPS-telemetry-driven vidange scheduling, Mapbox road-snapping and CI/CD on GitHub Actions.
- Deployed an operational n8n automated workflow checking Tunisian holiday iCal feeds, IMAP triggers, and a Gemini LLM chain to generate automated multilingual out-of-office replies.
- Programmed an industrial solar energy financial cockpit (Streamlit, Plotly, SQLite) modeling complex Tunisian STEG MT tariffs, power factor penalties, and EU CBAM carbon border tax projections.
Technical Lead & Platform Developer
- Architected and deployed an interactive web gaming platform (React 19, TypeScript, Express.js, Drizzle ORM, AWS S3) used for community technical challenges and integration weeks.
- Developed and maintain the organization's official web platform (taisnextgen.org) supporting digital events, announcements, and partner showcases.

Modular Agentic Document Intelligence Platform
A visual, no-code document-intelligence platform where anyone composes OCR, parsing, RAG and clustering into drag-and-drop node graphs — 42 typed node types with plugin auto-discovery, executed by a Kahn-scheduling engine with parallel waves. Built around a 100% local vision: no cloud, no API keys, data never leaves the machine — 3-tier OCR (PaddleOCR/Tesseract/EasyOCR), RAG with Ollama nomic-embed-text over ChromaDB, TF-IDF/K-Means topic clustering, and PyMuPDF PII redaction. Includes an ORCA-inspired Critic Agent that cross-references generated claims against vector-retrieved source evidence to suppress hallucinations. Shipped as TAIS NextGen's Project-1 with Docker Compose and Playwright end-to-end tests. The demo walks through three end-to-end scenarios: parsing a 10-K document into complete text and structured data, clustering a document corpus by topic with exportable results (JSON/CSV), and RAG-powered QA chat answering questions over 536 indexed chunks.
